I'm So Inspired to Cook!

I am so inspired to cook lately especially that I have three days off for the past few weeks from my place of work. Take a look of the foods I made last week. I prepared some fried fish pompano, pork adobo and macaroons.

Mix Grilled Food

My family and relatives went to a picnic in the beach last weekend and I am so jealous because the food that they prepared looks so delicious. They grill some fresh seashells, fish and some marinated pork. These are the type of foods that I missed so much back home. Here's the picture above and below!

2. In another pan, saute the garlic, ginger, onion, garlic, bell pepper.
3. Add 2 cups of water and then simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Put sugar, tomato paste and vinegar, Mix it thoroughly.
5. Make sure that before you add the corn starch that it is already diluted with 1/2 cup of water.
