I am so inspired to cook lately especially that I have three days off for the past few weeks from my place of work. Take a look of the foods I made last week. I prepared some fried fish pompano, pork adobo and macaroons.

Clean Kitchen
I just finished cleaning my kitchen after preparing 100 pieces of egg roll to be delivered at my place of work tomorrow. My colleagues ordered 100 pieces of egg roll made purely with vegetables because they are observing the Holy Week and according to their beliefs they are discourage to eat meat every Friday for 40 days.
I commend them for being so committed with their belief and I would like to say cheers to that!

Let's Eat Sinigang
Dinner tonight was extra special because dear hubby requested me to cook some Sinigang na Baboy (Sour Soup with Pork). I've learned this dish early on because this is one of our favorite dishes with my family back home in the Philippines. Take a look at the picture below!

Quick and Easy Recipes
Shortly after I got married, my wife and I began cooking much more frequently since we were both on our own and going out to eat all the time can become costly. I think we also developed a need for easy recipes because they can save time and of course they are easy to make! I have to say that one of the websites that helped out a great deal with our cooking is at Relish dot com. I really love all of the recipes that are featured at Relish because they are unique and easy to make as well, such as the Panang Chicken Curry with Basil which is a Thai recipe that can be prepared in 30 minutes. I really enjoy dishes with curry quite a bit and this one does not disappoint at all. One of the perks of the Relish website is that all of the ingredients are listed, the instructions are easy to follow, and the nutrition facts are shown so that you will know how healthy your dishes are, what more could you ask for? So if you enjoy great tasting, easy to make meals, check out all the great things that Relish has to offer, you and your taste buds will be glad you did.
