Planning to Make Some Smoothie

One of my great friends from my place of work challenge me to try and make a version of a healthier ingredients for smoothie drinks which consists of pineapple, aloe vera, honey, apple and honey roasted peanuts. I haven't made it yet but it does sounds delicious. I am really trying my best to stick with my diet plan and hopefully it will work out for me. Cheers folks!
