Oatmeal Cookie

I am planning to make some Oatmeal cookies this coming weekend. My boss finally give me a copy of her oatmeal cookie today and I am happy and can't wait to try it. I have not been posting a lot of my new recipes lately because it seems that I am always running out of time for everything that needs to be done. Hopefully, I can catch up with these sooner.
