Sinugba/Grill Pork Sirloin
Before my husband and I left for our four day road trip last week, I had the chance to grill some pork sirloin and wow, it totally ruins my diet. I ate so much that my stomach started to get upset (laughing out loud). After the pork sirloin was cook, I decided to slice it and put some spices like onions, black pepper, tomatoes, coconut vinegar and limes. Below is the finished product!

Native Fried Chicken and Seaweed Salad
Three days ago, while checking my FB account I have noticed that the YSA in my former branch had an activity in the beach. Honestly, it brings a lot of great memories for me because I was once a YSA in the church. Anyways, here's a picture of the delicious food that they had prepared for that day. My friends had cooked native fried chicken, seaweed salad and fresh mango slices. The picture is courtesy of my great friend Mr. C.

String Beans, Egg Roll and Beef in Oyster Sauce
Though I was exhausted yesterday from my place of work, I am proud to say that I still managed to prepare a great dinner for my husband and for me. I made some egg roll, string beans, sweet corn, steam rice and beef marinated in oyster sauce. My husband and I had a blast and we have plenty of leftover food from last night.
I will probably be bringing some food to my place of work later on today. I am wishing everyone out there to have a blessed and fun day!

The Steve Wilkos Show
The Author of this post is Velma Baird
My favorite talk show ever is the Steve Wilkos show. Steve Wilkos is the host, and he is a retired Chicago police officer, and he also worked as a security guard on another popular talk show. I watch the Steve Wilkos on my directv satellite. I try not to miss it because Steve Wilkos always has interesting, but very important topics that he discusses. He often touches on domestic abuse topics, and the people who appear on his talk show typically have been involved in some sort of domestic dispute and Steve gets to the bottom of what happen. Steve usually has guests take lie detectors, and Steve reveals the results at some point during the show. If a person lied to Steve, then Steve really gets into their faces and really criticizes them. The Steve Wilkos show is my favorite talk show because Steve takes no nonsense from any of his guests, and he is really good at getting to the bottom of serious issues. If you haven't got the chance to see this show then you should definitely tune into it the next time it is on.

Filipino Food Product
I haven't been back to the Filipino store for about three weeks now and I badly needed to go to that store because I'm out of this vinegar called "Suka Pinakurat" which is made of pure coconut juice. Well, my new found friend that I had mention on my other link send me a picture of the Filipino products that she purchase about a week ago and I am amazed how much she bought. I was drooling and can't wait to shop there next week. Here's the picture below!
