Smoked Ribs

My husband and I had awesome dinner last night courtesy of our good friend Xavier who gave us his own version of smoked ribs. Actually, it was his first time to smoked some ribs because his girlfriend Crystal gifted him a brand new smoker for Valentine's Day. Of course, I was really happy because I don't have to cook anything for our supper because dinner is already provided. Take a look at the pic below and tell me what you think? By the way, I am actually excited to get my own smoker pretty soon. I know it would be really perfect for summer cookouts.

Pork Barbecue Ribs

I am looking forward to make some pork barbecue ribs this coming weekend because my Aunt from California will be here for about three days before heading back to the Philippines for her annual trip. I can't wait to taste this delicious food and I hope everyone will love it.
