Clean Kitchen

I just finished cleaning my kitchen after preparing 100 pieces of egg roll to be delivered at my place of work tomorrow. My colleagues ordered 100 pieces of egg roll made purely with vegetables because they are observing the Holy Week and according to their beliefs they are discourage to eat meat every Friday for 40 days.

I commend them for being so committed with their belief and I would like to say cheers to that!

Kitchen Nightmare

I was watching the marathon of Kitchen Nightmare with Chef and Restaurateur Gordon Ramsay earlier this evening and I was really surprised on how he turned businesses that are on the brink of bankruptcy into a successful one by changing the menu and helping the people who manage the business to be a better owner in the long run.

By the way, the food was delicious and I wish and pray that someday I will own a restaurant I can call my mine in the near future.
